New Hope In Africa update 9/29…9/30
We arrived in Mozambique on Saturday 9/29 some 26 hours after our departure from Atlanta. We were greeted by our partners, Associaçåo Nova Esperaça. (New Hope Association).
Our primary agenda for this trip is quite simple, drill two wells and procure bibles and study materials for Esperaça Community Church. (Hope Community Church)
We didn't get a lot accomplished on Saturday with our jet lag, but got up early on Sunday and drove to Manhica about 45 kilometers North of Maputo to attend church services at Esperaça Community Church. This is our first church plant in Mozambique. We were a little late arriving due to a flat tire. When we arrived it looked deserted.
